Further information on how to activate your account, frequently asked questions and how to guides are available on the My Rewards site once you have registered. There is also an online chat line available if you have more questions before you activate your account.

If you haven't activated your account yet you simply need to enter your payroll number and year of birth. If you are unsure of your payroll number, contact the People Services team on 01457 602745 or via the freshdesk portal.
Once you have registered the Customer Services team at My Staff Shop will help you with any queries or service related matters. Please contact them at [email protected] or by calling 0330 678 1552.
If you have previously registered but forgotten your log in details, you can click on the forgotten password link and it will ask for the email address you registered with. It will then send you an email to be able to reset your password.
If nothing is coming through, then you are entering the incorrect email address. If you believe you have used the site before but can't remember which email address you used to register, you will need to call My Staff Shop direct on 03300 242 281 and they can check what email address was used previously.
New joiners are sent over to My Staff Shop a month in arrears to ensure that no new joiners are missed. So if you joined us in the current month, your details are not due to be sent over until next month. You will be sent an email invitation to join My Rewards once access has been granted.
