My Rewards is a portal which provides non-contractual benefits to all employees of all M Group Services Group companies. It gives you access to exclusive benefits, free advice and savings, including a wide range of discounts available online and in store from hundreds of the UK's largest retailers and service providers, some example are shown below. Our key objective is to save you money! 




As well as discounts from national brand names, there are many local deals and offers available from independent retailers near you. If your favourite local retailers, eateries etc aren't already offering a discount, you can request they are added through the site.

You can also use Reward Beans, a virtual savings currency, to accumulate your savings and rewards to fund purchases on an ever-increasing range of goods and services on the portal. You can spend your Reward Beans by simply buying a gift card, purchasing a digital gift card or you can even save them into an ISA.

New joiners to the company will be invited to register for the benefits available through My Rewards within a reasonable time of joining the company. We will aim to issue an invitation to you within one month of your start date where practically possible but this is not guaranteed.

If you leave employment with us you will continue to have free access to the site for 50 days after your last day of employment, after which your free access to the site will be removed.

Download the My Rewards app to your smartphone so that you have access to the wide range of discounts at your fingertips during those spur of the moment shopping trips, meals out or trips to the cinema to maximise your savings. Just visit the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) on your smartphone and search for ‘My Staff Shop’. Log in with the same log in details you created when registering for My Rewards.

Don’t like shopping yourself, but your partner does? Why not share the app with them so that they can boost your savings! They can even add their own debit/credit card details in the My Account section so that they pay for their own purchases.

To activate your account you will also be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of My Staff Shop Ltd who are the providers of the My Rewards site.

If you haven't activated your account yet you simply need to enter your payroll number and year of birth. If you are unsure of your payroll number, contact the People Services team on 01457 602745 or via the freshdesk portal.
