TUPE in/TUPE Out Process (People Team)

To raise a TUPE-related query through Freshdesk, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Freshdesk.
  2. Click on "Submit a Ticket".
  3. Select the category "PS TUPE In/Out" & attach relevant documents
  4. Provide detailed information about your query.
  5. Submit the ticket.

What is the clean data requirement?

  1. Business to Remove duplicate records and resolve data conflicts.
  2. Ensure that data is complete, accurate, and consistent – Filled out on PS supplied spreadsheet (attached below) without gaps/hidden rows/highlighted text /unfiltered– Employee Number, Email Address, Home Address (if required)
  3. Standardise data formats and values to facilitate data integration and analysis – Ensure information matches the requirement for Oracle load
  4. Reject/Approve data based on steps above
  5. Any additional requirements or additional employees must be consolidated and sent on an additional file and steps 1-4 must be followed
