Why can't I raise a new query to [email protected]


As of 5 February 2024, we have changed the way you can contact the People Services team, as you can no longer raise a ticket through the email [email protected]. Please now contact us by calling directly on 01457 602 745 or alternatively raising a ticket through the People Services Portal.  


By utilising our ticketing system, you gain access to dedicated support, faster response times, and a personalised resolution process tailored to your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and raising a ticket though our People Services Portal ensures a smoother journey towards resolving your concerns.

What happens when I raise a ticket?


When you raise a ticket through the People Services Portal you can log in to your account at any time to see it's status. You will also receive responses the same way you would usually do, however your query will be triaged to the correct team immediately, resulting in quicker response times through a dedicated service. You will also be able to reply to any responses from People Services as you do now (through email) and it will update the ticket thread.

When can I contact People Services?


People Services work Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, however a ticket can be raised 24/7 and will be assigned to the team to pick up during working hours. Our phone lines are open Monday to Wednesday 08:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Friday 08:00-17:00.
