I have a new starter in my team - how do I get them added to Competency Cloud?

My new starter is a direct employee…

All direct employees are automatically added to Competency Cloud once they go live in Oracle. However, there are a few additional checks that our team must do before you will be able to view their training record. If your new starter is still not visible on Competency Cloud after 2 working days of starting with the business, please get in touch and we can investigate for you.

 

My new starter is a subcontractor, agency, or contingency worker…

For any non-direct new starters, we will need a new starter form to be completed and submitted to the team. We have moved our new starter form from a paper-based system to a new online form. 

The form can be accessed via QR code (see attached document below) or by clicking this link.
