How can I monitor my team’s training compliance?
All Line Managers can have access to view the training profiles of their team.
To monitor their training compliance, navigate to the ‘My Team’s Training Summary’ box on the homepage. Here you will see a pie chart in the top left showing the overall compliance status of all your team members.
Clicking on the ‘See More’ button next to this will then show you a more detailed breakdown of all required training items for your team, along with their current status (has, required or enrolled/booked).
How is my team populated?
On Competency Cloud there are 2x types of team - My Team (Managing) and My Team (Personal). All information shown on your homepage relates to My Team (Managing) which is populated using the data held in Oracle.

Can't see the My Team options on Competency Cloud?
Competency Cloud access levels vary from person to person. Some people will have access to view all employees on their contract, others may have access to view only their own direct reports and some users will only have access to view their own profile. This will normally be based on your job role.
