How do I get new training records uploaded for my staff?

My member of staff is missing some of their training records...

If you've checked Competency Cloud and can see your member of staff is missing some training records, please submit a ticket and we can get that uploaded for you. 

 

Click 'Submit a Ticketin the top right of the screen on the Freshdesk portal and select the same options as the example below. Upload your attachments and submit to the team!



 


I have a briefing to upload, will you upload this or will I?

Some briefings are mandatory training, and in these cases, the team will need to upload this for you, i.e. the Business Ethics and Information Security Briefing for Operatives. In those cases, follow the above step to submit the records to the team.

In some cases, you may deliver toolbox talks that don't need to be on somebody's training record but instead are held in the Short Duration Talk section of Competency CloudIf that's the case, please follow the steps in our guide "How do I record toolbox talks on Competency Cloud?". 

If you're unsure, submit a ticket with the team and we will be able to advise.
