How do I change my password for Competency Cloud?

Already logged in?

If you are already logged into Competency Cloud, you can reset your password by clicking on the 'Change Passwordoption in the left-hand menu.





Forgot your password? 

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it on the login page by clicking onto the 'Forgot password?' option under the sign-in button.






Do you have Company Single Sign On? 

If you use Company Single Sign On for other M Group systems, you will be able access Competency Cloud by pressing the “Sign in with Microsoft” button and follow you usual Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) process.
