Searching for an individual

To find an individual on Competency Cloud, navigate to the Employees > Employed option on the left-hand menu. This will bring up a list of all employees you have permission to view.

You can then use the search boxes at the top of each column to narrow down your search, pressing enter to submit the search.

Can't find the person you are searching for?

Competency Cloud access levels vary from person to person. Some people will have access to view all employees on their contract, others may have access to view only their own direct reports and some users will only have access to view their own profile. This will normally be based on your job role.
