The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is designed to be a positive, preventative programme. It includes information, advice, training and services to help you cope with events and issues in your work and personal life.
Wisdom offers you up to eight sessions, through either face-to-face, online or by telephone, depending on your preference. Support is now available to you and your immediate family. Immediate family is classed as below:
- Spouse
- Partner
- Registered Civil Partner
- Children aged 16-24 in full-time education living in the same household
Examples of some of the areas where they are able to offer advice and support are:
- Family crises (such as bereavement, caring responsibilities, conflict)
- Personal crisis (such as divorce, abuse, anxiety)
- Work issues
- Managing money and debt
- Stress
- Mental health (including depression)
- Illness
All services are completely confidential and free of charge to you.

In order to support those who are heard of hearing in using the EAP, Wisdom use a service called ‘Relay’ in addition to the webchat function available on their app.

As part of the EAP package, our people also have access to a Digital GP service via Aviva Digicare+ Workplace. To use the service please download the Aviva Digicare+ Workplace app on your Android or iOS device and use the PIN 134032 to register.
