Employee Resignation - Manager Self Service

Please see attached guide to help you process an employee's resignation through Manager Self Service.

Also, see attached a HR11 form. A HR11 form should only be submitted to People Services for the following reason's:- 

• PILON Payment 
• Ex-Gratia Payment
• Training Deductions 
• Dismissal 
• Failed Probation 
• Settlement Agreements 
• Death in Service with additional payments

For employee's who are resigning from the business, this should now be processed via Employee/Manager self service on Oracle 'guide attached'.
