Information around Oracle Cloud and Employee Self-Service:
We use Oracle Cloud as our HR/Payroll system and this system enables you to do the following:
- Manage some of your personal data, including your emergency contacts and bank details
- Request annual leave and view your balance for the leave year
- View, print and download your payslips, as well as your P60 and P11d if applicable
- Most Group companies also use this system to process expenses. Please contact your local HRBP for more details on this

Please click here to access the Oracle Cloud system. If you have a work email address you should use Single sign-on, or if this fails to work you can use your username which is: firstname.surname.
