What is Empactis?

Empactis is an automated 24/7 telephone notification line for our people to report any unplanned absences from work. This process will help us support you during your time away from work and inform the business of your absence to ensure that the correct people are notified including your manager. It also assists us to support the wellbeing of all our people.

 

How is Sickness Absence recorded?

The majority of M Group Services operating businesses use our automated Absence Management System called Empactis to record their absence.*

 

How do I contact Empactis?

What will I need when I call?

You will need your reason for absence and expected return date. You will also need your employee number which can be located on the Oracle Cloud system.

 

What happens after I have called Empactis?

Your absence is recorded on our system.

Your line manager is then notified of the absence and informed they should call you. You must ensure that you have spoken to your line manager when they try to contact you. Should any further support be required then this will be actioned as appropriate.

 

*Please note that Morrison Data Services, Protect My Property, Callisto and Seeka do not use this system and their people should contact their local HR support or Line Manager to establish how they record their sickness.
