The attached document section 5 confirms as a non-company car driver you may be able to claim tax relief on business miles travelled for the last financial year.

A Form P87 can be downloaded from the HMRC website: If the amount showing in box 5.13 (the surplus) is 0 then there is nothing to claim for the last financial year and the statement is for information only.
