Contingent Worker Form

Please see the attached form to request a contingent worker to be set up on Oracle. 

The attached confidentiality agreement, must also be signed and returned at the time of request and then sent in a new ticket to People Services to be created.

People Services will then respond with the newly created employee number, it is then the responsibility of the employee to contact oraclefusionsupport@mgroupservices.com to get the roles and approvals set up in Oracle so you can then log in.
