What is the Drug and Alcohol Policy? 

In April 2024, M Group Services introduced a new Drug and Alcohol Policy which sets out the requirements for random D&A testing of our workforce. For further information, please have a read through the Drug and Alcohol FAQs.

What is the process for random D&A testing? 

All random drug and alcohol tests that are carried out on-site must be evidenced and sent to TrainWithUs for recording on Competency Cloud. By recording all tests in a central location, we can accurately report on the number of tests conducted across the Group.
