Once your referred colleague has successfully completed six months of service with the business, the People Services Team will review all eligibility criteria as outlined in the Recruitment Referral Policy.
Where eligibility is met, your referral reward will be authorised and paid in the next available payroll run. You will receive confirmation once payment has been processed. Please note that all referral payments are subject to tax and national insurance deductions.
