From time to time, unavoidable situations may crop up which means that we are unable to attend our pre-booked training. It is important that you let TrainWithUs know as soon as possible when you become aware of such situations. By giving us sufficient notice, we may be able to postpone or transfer your training to another delegate, minimising the negative impacts on the business.
What is the process for cancelling training?
As soon as you become aware that you will not be able to attend your pre-booked training, you should inform both your Line Manager and TrainWithUs. TrainWithUs should acknowledge the cancellation request within 4 hours and will then work with you and your Line Manager to either transfer the booking to another delegate or postpone your training to another date. By doing this, we can save the business money and it can also prevent you from being marked as a non-attendance.
The easiest way to contact TrainWithUs is to submit a ticket to us using this form. Fill in the form fields, making sure to select the 'Training cancellations and ammendments' option.
Click on the 'Add CC' button and add in your Line manager's email and they will receive a copy of your ticket as well.
