I am a new starter and have not yet been paid by M Group Services

 

If you are a new starter and have not yet received a salary payment from M Group Services, please send your P45 from your previous employer to People Services by raising a ticket on the portal. If you do not have a valid P45 you can complete a “New Starter Declaration” on Oracle under Me and Pay

 

Please note if this is sent after the 15th of the month, or the system is changed after this date, the change will be reflected in your pay the following month.

 

If you have been paid by us already:

 

If you're an existing employee who is still being emergency taxed, unfortunately we are unable to amend your tax code. We are provided with your tax code directly from HMRC. As we are unable to contact HMRC on your behalf, you are required to contact them directly and request that your tax code is adjusted on their system.  Your personal tax account will then be updated by HMRC, which will in turn feed through to us.
 

You’ll usually have the option to contact HMRC through an online form, webchat, by phone or by post, and you will need to be able to provide your National Insurance Number.
